Well, finally I'm here writing my first blog while holding Vodafone Customer Care for last...hmm..my cell phone flashing 43 minutes and 38 seconds....oh my Gosh...approx 44 minutes..
If my better half came to know about this, she will kick my a**...coz I never waited for her for even 10-15 minues.... and I'm waiting for Vodafone CC for last 44 minutes...
I think Vodafone Customer Care should get reward for such a brilliant service....Anyways..I hang up the call after 45 minutes....cmmon guys..I'm trying to be more patient.....may be next time, I need some help from Vodafone Customer Care, I'll mark my 2 hrs for VODAFONE in my schedule.
Coming back to Blogging....I prefered to keep my Blog Title as "IndianOnFire" because I'm an INDIAN and I'm on FIRE while writing this down.....its my anger which made me to start Blogging...
But Why this INDIAN is on FIRE.....lemme tell you....(
you can turn your ears away in case you're least interested to know...
but then why are you reading this post)
Before coming to Noida (that's where I'm for last 4.5 months), I used to think, why people are so short tempered...why do they get angry....but now I understand why people in India get angry so easily....
Reasons for me to get angry :
1. SAMSUNG : After shifting to Noida, my better half asked for a Washing Machine. Since for last two years in Singapore, we're a happy customer of Samsung WM, we decided to buy a Samsung. Luckily, Samsung came with a Corporate offer in my company and I delightfuly booked SAMSUNG refrigerator & Washing Machine. They assured me that I'll get those products in two days. I fought with SAMSUNG Sales Team (the complete hierarchy) for a Week for delivery of products but didn't get any result. With a loss of 2200/- bucks, I bought those Items from Samsung Plaza.....
Well..well..Samsung Saga is not finishing here.......after all its Great Samsung Saga......
Referigerator started giving trouble just a month after Purchase and Samsung Service Center was there at our Service...even after 4 visits from Samsung Engineers in short span of 2 months they couldn't fix the problem. The moment I told them that I'll goto Consumer Court.....they said they'll do the replacement in 7 days....
You know what...since Last two months I'm waiting for that replacement....calling every weekend to remind them for next week....:)..........
2. CLUB MAHINDRA :
These guys are legend in Customer Service...apne aap mein ek Misaal....
They invited us ....(me & my wife)...for a presentation (poore 2 ghante ki presentation) and told us all goodie goodie things about Club mahindra that how beautiful their resorts are and how they give yearly holidays.....
Being regular Holidayer and extensive traveller, we bought the package & paid the initial amount. Neither I bother to confirm about Exit Policy nor they mentioned (may be intentionally) during their entire Presentation.
They confirmed that I'll get Welcome Docket within 10 days...which I got after 35 days. In that Exit policy was "No money would be refunded in case of Termination after 10 days of Application...(
did I mention that I got this Kit after 45 days of Application)"....so I need not to tell you that I'm still trying to get my One Month salary from Mahindra.....
Isn't it amazing that Brand like
MAHINDRA doing such kinda things to earn money and then
SHAMELESSLY claiming that they'll use this for Maintenance of their RESORTS....
well My Fight is still going with them but still I'm proud that I'm an INDIAN though on FIRE...
